Awards Terms & Conditions
Prizes and scholarship funds

Prizes and/or Scholarship Funds are non-transferable.

Scholarship funds must be used for educational or professional development purposes only. Misuse (e.g., spending on non-educational expenses) may result in disqualification.

Scholarship recipients may be asked to participate in events, provide a short overview and or allow their names to be publicised.

Acknowledgement of scholarship and its impact is encouraged.

Scholarships are valid for 12 months from the date of the award. Any funds not utilised after that period will be returned to the Australian Community Housing (ACH) Awards Program for reallocation.
General eligibility

Each Member of ACH is only permitted to nominate one nomination per category.

All Individuals and team nominees must be current employees of an Australian Community Housing member organisations.

All entries must be nominated by a CEO, senior manager, or delegate appointed by the CEO. Unless entering in the individual award categories where self-nomination is allowed with CEO or Senior Manager approval.

Previous nominations in the Team or Organisation award categories that did not receive Winner, Runner Up, or Highly Commended recognition are welcome to resubmit.

This resubmission eligibility applies to Team and Organisation categories only; Individual and Scholarship award categories have separate criteria.

Nominations that have previously received Winner, Runner Up, or Highly Commended recognition are not eligible for resubmission.

All entries must be submitted via the official online Nomination form.

Entries must adhere to the word limits specified on the form. Judges will assess content only; formatting or and presentation will not be considered.

Submissions must include at least one high resolution JPEG image (300 pixels per inch or more).

All submitted material will remain the property of Australian Community Housing and may be used for promotional or publicity purposes.

All entries are exclusive to the ACH National Awards. No personal or professional will be shared externally.

The judges’ decision is final, and no communication will be entered into regarding outcomes.

Australian Community Housing reserves the right to publish the results and winner details.

The finalists should be available to attend the Australian Community Housing National Awards Gala Dinner at Parliament House Great Hall on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.

All entries must be received by 5:00 pm (AEST) on Friday 19 September 2025.
