The Australian Community Housing National Awards is our most prestigious annual celebration.
The sector comes together to celebrate the people and organisations that make our sector extraordinary, those who go above and beyond to deliver homes, create opportunities, and strengthen communities across Australia.
The Australian Community Housing Awards recognise the organisations, individuals and teams who embody the values of innovation, collaboration, and care those who lead change, support their colleagues, and improve the lives of tenants every day.
In 2026, the Awards Ceremony is held at the National Arboretum, a spectacular Canberra landmark that provides an unforgettable backdrop for an evening celebrating the very best of community housing.
Nominations will open early July and close at 12:00pm (AEST).

He has hosted iconic programs including Australia’s Funniest People, The Great Outdoors and the TV WEEK Logie Awards, as well as working internationally with MTV in New York.
An accomplished broadcaster and author of 28 best-selling children’s books, Andrew is also a familiar voice on ABC Radio in Sydney and a passionate advocate for literacy.
With over 20 years’ experience as a corporate MC and conference speaker, Andrew is known for his warmth, wit and ability to connect with any audience. His engaging presence ensures every event is professional, memorable and entertaining.
