Registration Terms & Conditions

Australian Community Housing’s Conference cancellation and refund policy

Delegates who are unable to attend after submitting a registration are welcome to nominate a substitute at no additional cost. In the event of a cancellation, written notice must be provided to Concept Event Management – Conference and Event Management.

 

Individual Cancellations
Refunds, less a $160.00 AUD administration fee, will be provided for cancellations received in writing on or before 6 November 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date. Replacement delegates are permitted at no penalty; however, notification must be provided in writing to the Conference Secretariat. No substitutions or changes will be accepted after 13 November 2026.

General Conditions

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. 

  • Credit card surcharges apply to Visa, Mastercard and Amex payments.

  • Delegates are responsible for any applicable credit card surcharges.
