Best Social and Affordable Housing Development Award

IN RECOGNITION OF 
Celebrates projects that demonstrate excellence in delivering inclusive, high-quality housing that supports equity, dignity, stability and opportunity for diverse communities.
The award is presented in two categories:
  • Single to low-rise developments (up to 3 stories)
  • Medium to high-rise developments (4 stories and above)
     

ELIGIBILITY ​

  • Open to all current ACH member Community Housing Providers

  • Open to project delivery partners on behalf of an ACH CHP member

  • Projects must be at practical completion after July 31, 2025, and close of nominations

Nominations close 5:00pm AEST, Friday 4 September 2026.
